Refund or Cancellation Policy

In the event that you cancel your use of our service, you will receive a full refund, and any fees you paid will be credited to your account:

  • Before you pay or finish the support application, you can cancel your service request for any reason, including service fees.
  • You can cancel your support service request for any reason, but you must do so within 30 minutes in the case of an urgent support application if you pay within one hour of your support bookings.
  • If we are unable to provide you with support, you will receive a full refund.

Note:

  • Once your support application has been generated, there will be no refund. You will no longer be able to make a cancellation request until our Service and Support team receives application ID confirmation from the supplier, agency, or department responsible for your order. We will not be able to refund the visa, application, service, support, etc. fee once it has been sent to your email address with your order for the application, document processing, etc.
  • within one hour of your support services booking with us.

  • If you submitted your application with incorrect information by accident, you will not be eligible for a cancellation or refund. Please be aware that due to banking and payment gateway procedures, the refund process may take 25 to 90 days, or even 180 days, in some instances. In the quickest possible time, your funds will be credited to an account used during an order process. The bank fees would be deducted from the refund amount if it was sent to the bank account or the credit/debit card account.

The amount of the refund would be calculated based on the cancellation policy as outlined above, and the payment would be returned to the person who paid us.
