Because email delivery is not 100% guaranteed, we cannot guarantee that all of your confirmation and notification emails will be delivered successfully. If you did not receive your e-Visa, you agree to get in touch with our Visa Support Team with any questions. We will not accept any subsequent refund requests and will not be responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

Only the visa(s) specified in your request will be processed by us; Other visas required for your trip that have not been requested or that relate to stops on your trip are not the responsibility of Visacent.
You agree to these Terms by submitting one or more requests to Visacent for visa processing. Visacent will send an email to the email address you provided with the specific conditions of the requested visa, such as the type of visa, destination, and time frame, once your request(s) have been submitted to Visacent. Visacent will begin the process of obtaining the required visa(s) as soon as it receives your documentation. Phone orders and mail orders, if offered, will be accepted on the day of placement:
- whenever gave an email address, when we email you with a 'Affirmation Request Got'; or alternatively
- when the completed forms are received on the first business day. We reserve the right to decline any application at any time without providing a reason at its sole discretion.
We reserve the right to deny processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, inadequate processing time, and the degree of difficulty in obtaining documents due to the travel purpose.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any and all copies, adaptations, publications, licenses, distributions, or other forms of reproduction of visacent.com are prohibited. You agree not to sell, assign, sublicense, transfer any right in the Software, copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code. Any use, distribution, or other form of copying that is not authorized is against the law and will serve as the basis for legal action.
In all cases, we reserve the right to demand payment in exchange for the replacement of the documents that were in Visacent's custody and control. Items that are lost, damaged, delayed, or destroyed by a delivery service or issuing authority are not the responsibility of Visacent. The applicant should keep all passport covers and other documents, including but not limited to original bank statements, educational and birth certificates, that Visacent did not ask for. There is no liability on the part of Visacent for the destruction or loss of these documents.
Weather conditions, public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, and the actions or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials) are all examples of circumstances over which Visacent has no control and for which it bears no responsibility.
Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes our liability for the following:
- death or bodily harm as a result of our carelessness
- committing fraud or making a false statement
- any other matter pertaining to the service or for which it would be against the law for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability. We will never be liable for more than one hundred British pounds (£100) in total damages, losses, or causes of action.
The limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages and the exclusion of certain warranties are prohibited in some jurisdictions. As a result, some of the restrictions above may not apply to you. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the service if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of it or with these terms of service.
